Children Cheer As Convoy of Truckers With Relief Supplies Arrive [VIDEO]

A Facebook user has shared heartwarming video of a group of children who came out to cheer on a convoy of truckers hauling donated hay to flood stricken farmers in Nebraska.

Last month, devastating flooding hit several midwestern states, claiming lives, doing extreme damage to infrastructure, and killing thousands of livestock. The floodwaters have receded, but local farmers are struggling to keep their remaining livestock from starving in the wake of the massive natural disaster.

That’s where this convoy full of donated hay comes in.

The video was shared by Haley Walker on March 29. She writes:

Hope, love and some healing is headed to Nebraska. Safe travels to these trucks.

Updated 3/30 @ 7:00 AM to add:
These trucks are from Protection, Ashland, and Englewood Kansas as well as Beaver and Fairview Oklahoma. Donations for the loads came from Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas. Some of them were impacted by the fire in 2017 that hit the area of SW Kansas, NW Oklahoma and N Texas and others were impacted by the fire last year in Northwest Oklahoma. Many people donated to make this trip possible; they are paying the kindness forward.
It is amazing the people in our world that are so willing to help their fellow Americans. Trucks are headed to Verdigre, NE. ❤️🇺🇸
